I had the great opportunity to attend 'The Power of Networking' in May 2023 at Strathclyde Business School. Although I am not new to the concept of networking Kingsley Aikins refreshed my memory with his structured approach of building meaningful network.
There were a number of novel points discussed in the session, for me the structure of segmenting network into 'personal - operational - strategic' acted as key take-away from session.
‘Your network is your net worth.’ This renowned quote by Porter Gale encapsulates the essence of networking, which serves as a potent catalyst for professional and personal growth.
